- Fill the application form in the prescribed format (Annexure-I) either in English or Hindi.
- Affix a duly self-attested colour photograph.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of all requisite documents: Valid Photo ID proof, Date of birth proof (Class X Passing certificate OR Birth certificate), Matriculation or equivalent marksheet and certificate, Aadhar Card, Latest EWS Category certificate (Annexure-II), Certificate of Competency as Engine Driver, NOC (if applicable), Two latest passport size colour photographs.
- Ensure all documents (excluding photographs) are dated on or before 11 August 2026.
- Enclose a separate blank envelope with a ₹50 postal stamp, addressed to yourself.
- Clearly superscribe the envelope in BOLD letters with "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ENGINE DRIVER" and the category "EWS".
- Send the filled application along with documents by ordinary post to "The Commander, Coast Guard Region (A&N), Post Box No.716, Haddo (PO), Sri Vijaya Puram - 744102, Andaman & Nicobar Islands" within 45 days from the date of advertisement publication.
