- Candidates should bring their own application Performa (Annexure-A, attached with the original advertisement) and submit it separately for each post.
- Appear for the Walk-in Interview as per the scheduled date and time.
- Bring original documents and a set of self-attested Xerox copies in support of Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Experience Certificates, Caste Certificates, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, PG Degree/DNB/MCh/DM/DrNB/FNB, DMC/UPMCI Registration, No Objection Certificate (if applicable), Income and Asset certificate for EWS, and latest OBC/EWS Certificates (if applicable).
- Candidates in service must submit a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of interview.
- Selected candidates must furnish a Demand Draft (DD) for ₹30,000/- towards security deposit at the time of joining, drawn in favor of “ESI Fund Account No. 1” payable at Noida.
